Ad Submission

Please submit all ads electronically to [email protected]. If you have any questions, please contact the Council at (305) 762-6151.

The ad submission deadline is August 31, 2022.

Ad Placement

The placement of all ads is at the discretion of the FSMSDC and graphic designer creating the souvenir book. Special requests will be accommodated where applicable. Sponsors will have priority placement.

Advertising / art Work Specifications

The FSMSDC’s specifications regarding acceptable advertising criteria have changed to improve the quality and production of all publishing tools. Please read the following very carefully. All images must be saved in a high resolution pdf or jpg format and should include all graphic, screen, and printer fonts. Files may be transmitted via e-mail to [email protected] before deadline.

Photo and laser copies are not acceptable quality for reproduction. Ads saved as a Microsoft Word document or in low resolution are not appropriate for reproduction and therefore would not be accepted.

REFUND POLICY

All tickets purchased for the Business Impact Awards are final. No refunds or exchanges will be provided for any reason, including, but not limited to, changes in personal circumstances, weather conditions, or event schedule changes. In the unlikely event that the Business Impact Awards is canceled or rescheduled, FSMSDC will communicate the next steps to ticket holders. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to this no-refunds policy.

Business Impact Awards Event Cancellation Due to Hurricane

After Governor Ron DeSantis Executive Order (EO) 24-208, Emergency Management – Potential Tropical Cyclone Nine, declaring a state of emergency in 41 Florida counties and considering the safety of our attendees, it is with a heavy heart that we inform you that the Business Impact Awards (BIA), scheduled for September 27, has been canceled due to hurricane Helene.

While we were all looking forward to celebrating the remarkable contributions of individuals like yourself, the safety of our guests and community is our highest priority.

We understand the disappointment and inconvenience this may cause, and we want to personally thank you for your understanding and support as we navigate this challenging situation. While we will miss the opportunity to gather together in person, please know that your achievements and impact are not diminished. They remain a source of inspiration, and we look forward to honoring them in the future.
